This past spring, I completed the Department of the Interior Motorboat Operator Certification Course (MOCC) at Harbor Branch. The five-day training combined classroom instruction with hands-on experience, covering boating safety, navigation, emergency procedures, and vessel operation. April 18th I had such a blast being present at the Waves of Change and BreateandSplash event helping children of the community connect with our ocean.
